How to write "wife, I love you" in Japanese?

Generally speaking, young people (both men and women) will say

"Love me."

That's it.

It means "I love you"

If you are old, just say.

"* * love してるぞ" (* * is his wife's name).

"Love してるぞ, ぉまぇ"

Older men usually call their wives "ぉまぇ".

The lady calls her husband "ぁなた"

But young people (newlyweds and the like) just call them by their first names.

Note: men will never call women "ぁなた"! Remember!
