Tell you a very simple way, find a friend of yours and the salesman who insured you to buy insurance (two people need to be present at the same time, it is best to have a lawyer). Then say that your friend is ill and ask him if he can get insurance. After signing the bill, go directly to the insurance company to complain. If the insurance company doesn't give you a claim, sue the insurance company directly, because this salesman is the agent of the insurance company. Therefore, the insurance company bears joint and several liability.
