The new semester has begun, and the cadres and officers of the Eighth Federation of Associations will also perform their duties and start a busy and fruitful new year.

At the beginning of the new semester, I will focus on the following two aspects:

(2) Externally: Enhance the influence of Jiangsu Veterinary College Association in colleges and even Taizhou.

The following are my specific plans and arrangements for all the work.

Office:

Ministry of Supervision:

(1) Reasonable supervision of cadres and officials.

Propaganda department:

(1) Expand the Propaganda Department.

(2) Increase manpower input.

Organization department:

(1) Registration for daily activities.

(2) Arrangement and organization of various activities.

(3) Ensure that all public activities are carried out in an orderly manner.

Planning Department: Pending (rectification)

Finance Department: The Presidium is responsible for handling expenses and settlement. External Relations Department: Thoroughly rectify and attract talents.

Ministry of Information:

(1) network management and development, establish off-campus associations, and strengthen communication and contact with other schools.

(2) Effective collection of information inside and outside the school.

Executive Vice President and President of Theory of Three Represents Theory Research Association:

(1) Convey the spirit of the College Youth League Committee and deploy related work.

(2) Strictly review and supervise the activities of various associations inside and outside the school.

For the Federation of Associations, I will take the following ten measures:

First, streamline the personnel organization, and do not arrange personnel by position, rather than idle people.

Second, to improve work efficiency, we must have a strict concept of time and do things without procrastination.

Third, implement the accountability system for the person in charge of the activity.

Fourth, increase publicity to make CSU full of vitality all the time.

Five, the public * * * teaching activities are few and fine, held once a month (boutique activities). Every month, public teaching is led by the head of the presidium.

Six, the office notice in a timely manner and be prepared to put an end to procrastination, association departments, otherwise the consequences.

Seven, the establishment of a monthly scoring system, a comprehensive evaluation of the association every month, the selection of outstanding cadres and officers.

Eight, on duty at night, regular meetings are not allowed to make noise, all cadres and officers should pay attention to their words and deeds.

Nine, the person in charge of the association should set a good example for members, care about members, and be familiar with members.

Ten, the loss of members is large, and new members can be added in time, but they need to be approved by the presidium. Without the permission of the Communist Youth League Committee and the Federation of Students, no other activities may be publicized or organized. Once verified, it will be dealt with seriously.

Four ideas about the Federation of Associations;

Fourth, hold regular meetings and strictly enforce the discipline of the venue. All departments and associations should brainstorm, speak freely, express their personal opinions reasonably, respect themselves and others, and deepen the harmonious ideological spirit of the association's "home".

I implore all sophomores to stay, lead the freshmen to continue their work and study in Central South University, and pass on your personal connections and work experience to the next couple, so that they can make less detours, communicate more with seniors and study more, and contribute to the glory and prosperity of Central South University.
