What you need to know about building materials inspection
2. Quantity and batch of materials submitted for inspection
2. 1 cement. The implementation standards are Portland cement and ordinary Portland cement GBL 75- 1999, Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Concrete Structure Engineering GB50204—2002 and current relevant standards. Before cement is put into use, its strength, stability and other necessary performance indexes should be re-examined in batches, and its performance must conform to the provisions of relevant standards.
2. 1. 1 bulk cement: a batch of cement with the same manufacturer, same label, same variety and same batch number that continuously enters the site shall not exceed 500t, and each batch shall be sampled and inspected at least once. When sampling, the same amount of cement shall be randomly drawn from at least three tank cars, and after being evenly stirred, not less than 12kg shall be weighed as samples.
2. 1.2 bagged cement: according to the same manufacturer, a batch of cement of the same grade, variety and batch number that continuously enters the site shall not exceed 200t, and each batch shall be sampled and inspected at least once. Sampling should be representative, and continuous sampling can be used, or the same amount of sample cement can be taken from more than 20 different parts, and after mixing evenly, not less than 12kg can be taken as the sample.
2. 1.3 When there is doubt about the quality of cement in use or the cement leaves the factory for more than three months (quick-hardening portland cement for more than one month), samples shall be taken for re-inspection and used according to the re-inspection results.
2.2 steel bars. The implementation standards are: hot-rolled ribbed steel bar GBL 499- 1998 for reinforced concrete, hot-rolled round steel bar GB13013-91for reinforced concrete and current relevant standards.
2.2. 1 When reinforcement comes into the site, it shall be delivered in batches according to the batch number and diameter of reinforcement. Every 60t shall be counted as a batch, and any part less than 60t shall be counted as a batch. Each batch is submitted to 1 group. Each batch of steel bars shall be composed of steel bars of the same brand, same heat number (batch number), same specification (diameter) and same delivery status.
And sample according to the following methods:
1, stretching 2 steel bars: cut the ends of any two steel bars 100mm and cut them into a length of about 500mm or 10d+200 (φ 32 or more, with a length of about 800mm).
2. Two-stage cold bending: cut any two steel bars with a length of about 350mm or 5d+ 150.
3. Chemical analysis of steel 1: Take any steel bar and cut the middle section about 300-400 mm (for imported steel; Steel bars with unqualified appearance quality; In the inspection, it is found that there are brittle, welded and poor mechanical properties of steel bars in the hot zone, so chemical analysis must be carried out.
2.2.2 The reinforcement used in the foundation and main body of each unit project shall be submitted for inspection respectively. (See 3. For other regulations, see)
2.3 steel flash butt welding head shall extract test pieces according to the following provisions:
1, in the same machine-team, 300 welded joints of steel bars with the same brand and diameter completed by the same welder shall be regarded as a batch. When the number of welded joints in the same fleet is small, it can be calculated cumulatively within one week; When the total number of joints is still less than 300, it shall be counted as one batch.
2. During the mechanical performance test, six joints should be randomly cut from each batch of joints, three of which should be subjected to tensile test and three to bending test (the bending point should be polished to be flush with the base material).
2.3.2 Steel bar arc welding head shall extract test pieces according to the following provisions:
1. In the cast-in-place concrete structure, 300 steel bars with the same brand and the same type of joints should be used as a batch; In the building structure, 300 steel bars of the same brand and type with no more than two floors should be regarded as a batch; If it is less than 300, a batch will still be made.
2. In the assembly structure, simulated test pieces can be made according to the production conditions, and 3 pieces in each batch are subjected to tensile test.
2.3.3 Electroslag pressure welding head shall extract test pieces according to the following provisions:
1, in the cast-in-place reinforced concrete multi-storey structure, 300 steel joints of the same brand should be used as a batch; In the building structure, 300 steel joints of the same brand should be taken as a batch with no more than two floors or construction sections; When there are less than 300 joints, it should still be regarded as a batch.
2. All samples shall be randomly cut from 3 joints in each batch for tensile test.
2.4 Compressive strength of concrete.
The implementation standards are: Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Concrete Structure Engineering (GB50204—2002) and current relevant standards. The strength grade of structural concrete must meet the design requirements. Specimens used to check the concrete strength of members shall be randomly selected at the concrete pouring site. Sampling and specimen retention shall meet the following requirements:
2.4. 1 every mixing 100 plate of concrete with the same mixture ratio shall be sampled and inspected at least once;
2.4.2 When the concrete of the same mixture ratio is less than 100 plate per shift, the sampling inspection shall not be less than once;
2.4.3 When a continuous casting exceeds 1000M3, the concrete with the same mixture ratio shall be sampled for inspection at least once every 200M3;
2.4.4 Each floor and concrete with the same mixture ratio shall be sampled for inspection at least once;
2.4.5 Each layer of column (shear wall) and beam slab concrete shall be sampled and tested separately; And every 500M2 sampling inspection in continuous casting area shall not be less than 1 group;
2.4.6 According to Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Building Foundation Engineering (GB50202-2002):
1, pour pile foundation concrete, and every 50M3 concrete must be sent to 1 group;
2. For piles less than 50M3, each pile must be sent for inspection in groups of 1;
3. The 50M3 concrete of the underground continuous wall shall be submitted for inspection 1 group, and each unit tank section shall be submitted for inspection for no less than L group;
2.4.7 At least one set of standard curing specimens shall be retained for each sampling, and the number of retained groups of specimens with the same conditions shall be determined according to actual needs.
2.5 concrete impermeability label. The implementation standard is TGB50208—2002 Code for Quality Acceptance of Underground Waterproofing Works and the current relevant standards. The impermeability of waterproof concrete should be evaluated by the test results of concrete impermeability specimens cured under standard conditions. Specimen should be made at the casting site.
2.5. 1 For the same project, concrete with the same mixture ratio shall be poured continuously, and each 500M3 shall be sent for inspection 1 group of impermeability specimens (one group is 6 impermeability specimens), and each project shall be no less than 2 groups;
2.5.2 During the construction of the diaphragm wall, every five cell slots shall be sent for inspection 1 group of impermeability specimens;
2.6 compressive strength of mortar shall be carried out according to the following standards:
Test method for basic performance of building mortar JGJ 70-90 and current relevant standards.
2.6. 1 mortar of various labels (strength grades) in each layer or 250M3 masonry shall be inspected at least once per mixer, and each time, at least 1 test piece shall be sent for inspection.
2.6.2 all kinds of mortar (hanging ash, batch plugging, etc. ) Each layer with label (strength grade) requirements shall be submitted for inspection at least 1 group;
2.6.3 When the floor construction area is large, the masonry mortar shall be submitted for inspection once every 500M2, and it shall not be less than 1 group.
2.7 wall materials.
The implementation standards are: sintered common brick GB/T5L0 1- 1998, autoclaved lime-sand brick GB 1 1945-89, and sintered porous brick, sintered hollow brick and hollow brick masonry speed GB 13544-668.
2.7. 1 sintered ordinary brick
1. Every 150000 pieces are sent for inspection in groups of 1, and each group has 12 pieces; Less than 150000 pieces are counted as 1 group, and 1530000 pieces are sent for inspection in two groups, and so on;
2. Civil construction projects with a construction area of 1500M2 shall not be less than 1 group.
2.7.2 Autoclaved lime-sand brick
1, every 654.38+ten thousand yuan is a batch, and less than 654.38+ten thousand yuan is counted as a batch;
2. Three groups of *** 15 blocks (5 blocks in each group) are randomly selected from the bricks with qualified appearance quality for inspection, of which two groups are tested for compressive strength and one group is reserved for use.
2.7.3 sintered porous brick
1, every 50,000 yuan is a batch, and less than 50,000 yuan is counted as a batch;
2. Three groups 15 blocks (5 blocks in each group) are randomly selected from the bricks with qualified appearance quality for inspection, of which two groups are tested for compressive strength and one group is reserved for use.
2.7.4 sintered hollow brick and hollow block
1, every 30,000 yuan is a batch, and less than 30,000 yuan is counted as a batch;
2, each batch from the appearance quality of qualified test blocks to extract 5 pieces of bedding face and strip compressive test.
2.7.5 ordinary concrete small hollow block
The 1 and 1 ,000 pieces produced in the same period with the same appearance quality grade and the same strength grade are regarded as a batch, and the monthly production quantity of less than 1 ,000 pieces is still counted as a batch;
2. In each batch, five hollow blocks with qualified appearance quality are selected for strength inspection, and three blocks are selected for impermeability inspection.
2.8 Building sand and gravel.
The standards implemented are: Quality Standard and Test Method of Sand for Ordinary Concrete (JGJ52-92), Quality Standard and Test Method of Gravel or Pebble for Ordinary Concrete (JGJ53-92) and current relevant standards.
2.8. 1 When using large-scale means of transport (trains, ships and automobiles), 400M3 or 600t shall be regarded as an acceptance batch. 200M3 or 300t is regarded as an acceptance batch when using small-scale transportation tools. If the above quantity is insufficient, it shall be counted as a batch.
2.8.2 For each unit project, the sand and stone with a construction area of 3000M2 shall be submitted for inspection at least 1 time.
2.8.3 Sand: When sampling in the material pile, the sampling positions shall be evenly distributed. When sampling, the surface of the sampling site should be removed first, and then eight sand samples with roughly the same amount from different parts should be taken to form a group of samples, with a sampling weight of 5kg.
2.8.4 Stone: When sampling the pile, the sampling parts should be evenly distributed. Before sampling, the surface of the sampling site should be removed, and then 15 roughly equal stones should be taken from the top, middle and bottom of the material pile to form a group of samples with a sampling weight of 20kg.
2.9 Mix proportion of ordinary concrete. The implementation standards are: Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Concrete Structure Engineering (GB50204—2002) and current relevant standards.
2.9. 1 concrete mixture ratio shall be determined according to the designed concrete strength grade and quality inspection and the workability requirements of concrete construction. (Concrete with impermeability requirements shall comply with relevant special regulations). The mix proportion of concrete shall be determined according to the Code for Design of Mix Proportion of Ordinary Concrete JGJ55—2000.
2.9.2 For each unit project with a building area of 3000M2, the strength grade of cement and concrete of each brand shall be submitted for inspection at least once. When the strength grade is above C30, cement with a strength grade of not less than 42.5 should be selected.
2.9.3 Raw materials required for trial matching: each unit project shall deliver a concrete strength grade mixture ratio, 50kg cement, 50kg sand and 50kg crushed stone (graded qualified) and pile them up according to this type.
2.9.4 When admixtures are mixed, the product instruction manual must be attached, and the mixing amount shall be sampled and tested.
2. 10 mortar mixture ratio. The implementation standards are: JGJ 98-2000 Code for Design of Masonry Mortar Mix Proportion and current relevant standards.
2. The mixture ratio of10.1mortar shall be determined through experiments, and trial mixing shall be carried out according to the design requirements and constituent materials (cement, admixture and aggregate).
2. 10.2 Each unit project has a construction area of 3000M2, and the mortar mixture ratio of cement of each strength grade shall be submitted for inspection at least once.
2. 10.3 raw materials required for trial mixing of masonry mortar: trial mixing of mortar with various strength grades, cement 10kg, sand 30kz and lime paste 5kg.
2. 1 1 core of bearing stratum of pile foundation. The implementation standards are: Code for Design of Building Foundations (GB50007—2002) and current relevant standards.
2. 1 1. 1 The core samples of the bearing layer of manual digging pile and bored pile foundation are submitted for inspection, and the area is calculated according to the foundation surface, and no less than 2 groups are submitted for inspection every 500M2. When the geology is complex, the number of groups for inspection can be appropriately increased.
2. 1 1.2 For the rock blocks extracted by manual digging piles, for the convenience of specimen processing, the rock block size is required to be 300—500mm wide and150-220mm high, and the specimen molding size is generally φ50× 100mm (diameter× height).
2. 1 1.3 For the core samples extracted by drilling, the external diameter of the drill bit is generally φ 1O 1mm or 89mm, and the height-diameter ratio of the core sample is 2: 1, and each group has no less than 6 specimens.
3. Other clauses
3. 1 For projects with small construction scale (below 1000M2), conventional materials such as cement, steel bars, welded joints of steel bars, wall materials, sand and gravel shall be inspected at least once.
3.2 For projects with a building scale greater than 1000M2 and less than 3000M2, all kinds of conventional materials shall be inspected at least once according to the foundation and main body.
3.3 When the drawings have specific requirements, the drawings shall be followed.
