The most famous Buddha statue in China is probably the Leshan Giant Buddha. Buddhism originated in India, so India is a great Buddhist country. When I traveled to Myanmar, I discovered that there are actually many Buddha statues and temples in Myanmar. Buddha statues can often be seen in some scenic spots. According to local tour guides, this reclining Buddha is called Talong Reclining Buddha. It weighs approximately 400 tons, has a length of approximately 180 meters and a height of 40 meters. However, the world’s largest reclining Buddha amazed me, a tourist who often sees Buddha statues. In 1994, a senior monk in Morman began to raise funds to rebuild the Reclining Buddha in Talong. Unfortunately, the senior monk died before it was completed. It was not until local villagers organized themselves to donate that the project was successfully completed.

In fact, there are many Buddhist believers in Myanmar. Before the editor, in some temples in Myanmar, you can basically see countless people worshiping, and the incense is usually very prosperous. Although the statue of Buddha in Dalung is a statue of Buddha, it actually resembles a "building". The Talong Reclining Buddha has eight steps, and the interior is mainly light red. There is an endless stream of people coming here to worship Buddha every day, whether they are locals or foreign tourists.

However, when the editor saw the reclining Buddha, she felt very embarrassed. In our impression, Buddha statues are generally sacred, solemn, and lifelike, but the expression of Dalong's reclining Buddha looks a bit weird, half-smiling but not smiling. And because the entire Buddha statue is painted with thick paint, the lips are very thick and as bright as lipstick. Some fellow tourists joked after seeing it: "This must be heavy makeup!" Others said: "I feel a little scared when I look at it?"

At the foot of the Reclining Buddha in Dalung, tourists cannot see it Full view of the Buddha statue. It is precisely because it is so big that they can only fully see it by climbing to the top of the Buddha. Looking closely at the wide eyes and vivid eyelashes on the Buddha statue, the editor couldn't help but feel a little scared. However, at the top, in addition to the Buddha statue, you can see a panoramic view of the entire city. It is worth mentioning that the Buddha statue can accommodate three people standing at the same time. You can imagine how big this reclining Buddha is.

The editor believes that although the Talong Reclining Buddha is a bit "scary" from a close distance, it is still quite spectacular if viewed from a distance.
