Although there is no absolute, most of them are more relevant than ability. I am an employee of a state-owned enterprise in Shenzhen. Let me talk about some of my experiences in it.

In 2007, I entered Shenzhen, a state-owned enterprise, because of school recruitment. At that time, college students were not as rampant as they are now, so any junior college got along well. However, this "good" is limited to the good work, and the salary is acceptable compared with other companies (but buying a house in Shenzhen is a dream).

The promotion inside needs the recommendation of big names. When ordinary people reach a certain level, they will stop, work still needs to be done, and promotion is not yours. Then at about the same time, they will start picking on you and ask you to resign (the company doesn't have to lose money).

But fortunately, I am engaged in chip technology, and no one directly let me go, but I also resigned once in anger. I didn't go to other companies after I resigned, because something happened at home and I stayed at home for three months. After these three months, all kinds of calls came over there and asked me if I had a job and wanted to come back.

I'm not as good as Mr. Zhang Xiaoping. The company added 2K to me at the back, so I followed shamefully. Among them, management positions and idle positions have higher salaries. There is a civil servant who usually runs errands to deliver watches, and then finds a corner to open a the glory of the king, and his salary is higher than mine.

Unwilling is certain, but who calls himself fine? Raising a family is almost enough, but it's no use fighting against yourself.
