2. Xu Jing’s report helped me determine the ideas for teaching and research work.

Teacher Xu Jing seems to be quite old, but her problem-based teaching and research undoubtedly provide specific guidance on how to carry out teaching and research work, especially when she talks about thinking and summarizing, which is indeed very important. , that is the process from quantitative change to qualitative change, and is the key to improving teaching and research capabilities, but we often ignore this point. 4. The two open classes each have their own merits, showing the style of excellent teachers.

In the two open classes, the teachers each had their own characteristics. He Lu’s classes were step-by-step, which made me more familiar with the reading and writing class model. Tan Ruyi's class is refreshing. Although Teacher Tan is a man, he has a gentle manner. While listening to the class, something suddenly occurred to his mind. What I want to raise my hand to speak about when evaluating the class is about students’ learning status and teaching efficiency. Questions, their speeches are like that Ido, but I still hope that Teacher Xu will point it out to me. It’s really ridiculous to think about it. When we organized the town seminar, we asked the teachers to speak. We were not satisfied. We should blame it on ourselves and do it ourselves. So what? How does Teacher Yin reflect the ability of teaching researchers to be able to speak? Fortunately, the English seminars in our town are held online. In fact, this is indeed the case. On the collective lesson preparation website we established, some people who usually don’t like to talk are The teacher also said a lot. After the start of the school year, the director of the Education Committee intends to increase the number of English teachers in each unit and adjust the teaching situation of English teachers in each unit. From this point of view, the training of English teachers is very important. If the seminars are effective, it will be very beneficial to the growth of teachers.

I haven’t been an English teaching researcher for more than a year. When I saw there were many new faces, they were all full of energy, and I always felt like I couldn’t keep up. I thought I would start with strategies and learn again. Just like what Teacher Yin said about learning consciousness, never think that you are too late to read.
