My mother asked me to clean the house today. First I picked up the broom and cleaned each room. There is so much garbage! Scraps of paper, used batteries, food bags... a whole hill was piled up in the center of the room in an instant. I used a garbage bucket to put them all into a trash can bit by bit, then picked up the "trophies" and walked outside the house. It took three trips in a row before it was complete. My palms are sweating, but my heart is very sweet. Seeing that every corner of the house was clean, the sunlight evenly spread on the furniture, and the line of sight became clear.

Then I prepared a rag, washed it with water, and wrung it dry. This is my best cleaning step, it is my strength. My mother often says that I am a very smart boy who likes to use wisdom to solve problems. The next step is to clean the glass, which is not an easy job. I saw many classes in school wiping the windows clean during general cleaning. Today, I will also show off my "unique skill". So I moved a small stool, picked up the rag, and started to wipe it piece by piece. Unexpectedly, no matter how hard we tried, although the dust on the glass window was temporarily gone, it was changed into a "big painted face". What happened? At this time, I remembered the scene of my classmates cleaning the glass. Oh, it turns out that the secret is in those little paper balls. I found some old newspapers, tore them into pieces, and folded them up. After wiping the area with a damp cloth, I picked up a small piece of folded newspaper and continued the second step, wiping it carefully. After several times, the glass window took on a new look and became brighter. I smiled and made a face at it.

All that's left is to scrub the furniture, and that becomes easy. I sort out the items stacked on top first and then wipe them. This procedure omits the second step of cleaning the glass. Just wipe it with a damp cloth several times. However, be sure to wash the cloth after each wipe, otherwise dirty marks will be left on the furniture after wiping again.

After this labor, I gained a lot. I know that doing housework is a very hard and meaningful thing. In the days to come, I will be a good helper for my mother and a child who loves to work.
