1. The reason is that freon is not enough (commonly known as "snow seed" is not enough)

According to experience, it is reliable to start the compressor above190V.

There is a common saying that when the outdoor unit is above 43℃, it is difficult for most air conditioners to transfer indoor heat to the outside, resulting in no refrigeration.
