On the morning of July 2, Guo Jian, secretary of the Fourth Branch of Quanzhou Natural Resources and Planning Bureau and director of Quanzhou Urban and Rural Planning Information Center, Lin Lizhen, secretary and vice president of Quanzhou Urban Planning and Design Institute, Yang Peiyuan, director of the Municipal Land Consolidation Center, and Lin Xiqing, the stationmaster of the Municipal Surveying and Control Station, and his party, accompanied by Zeng, residents' community group Lin Exercise and Hong Sishui, went to Shijing Community Neighborhood Committee to have a discussion with the two committees of the General Party Branch of Shijing Community on improving the quality of grassroots party building.
