How to distinguish authentic old hens

4, look at the chicken feet, the old hen's chicken feet are thick and rough, the scales are very obvious, the old hen's paw bottom has obvious prominent meat quality, but the little hen does not have such characteristics. Little hens' claws are generally tender and easy to distinguish.

5. After slaughter, the old hen's meat is obviously yellow, with yellow grease and ointment, which is the characteristic of the old hen's meat, while the little hen's meat is white, with little oil in her body and easy to distinguish.

6. After cooking, you can tell whether it is old hen meat by taste. The old hen's meat is thick and chewy. After the little hen is stewed, it is very easy to melt in the mouth.
