This is the way to do public welfare. If you give something to people in need, one will fight and the other will suffer.

Someone asked me if it was like this when we went to teach. Children in their mountainous areas have no chance to receive a good education. If we sacrifice our precious summer vacation to give them lessons, they will be very grateful. How can they be unhappy?
