3. When erecting scaffolding, keep a safe distance from the overhead line of external circuit, set fences and warning signs around the ground, and assign special personnel to watch it to prevent materials from falling and hurting people. Scaffolds that are being erected or completed but have not been accepted by the person in charge of the construction unit (supervision unit), technology, safety and other relevant personnel shall not be put into use.

4. The construction load of the operation layer can only be less than or equal to the scaffold design requirements, and it cannot be overloaded.

5. Formwork, steel bars and materials can't be stacked on the scaffold, wires and cables can't be pulled on the scaffold (except for lighting wires, but they can't touch the scaffold and should be insulated), wind ropes can't be pulled on the scaffold, formwork supports, concrete pumps and concrete delivery pipes can't be fixed and erected, and they can't be used as hoists.

6. Scaffolding at the edge of temporary pit (pit) must have protective measures to prevent the collapse of pit (pit). It is forbidden to dig on or near the scaffold.

Scaffolding operations cannot be carried out in windy, rainy, snowy and foggy weather of magnitude 7.6 or above.

8. Scaffolding should be inspected and maintained regularly during use.

Before loading the operation floor, after heavy rain or strong wind of magnitude 6 or above, after freezing in cold areas, and after stopping for more than one month, it is necessary to deal with the phenomena such as tilting, sinking, loosening and jumping of the frame in time.
