Do you like Nils in "Goose Riding Travel Notes" and why?

1. A strong wind blew in his face, pulling Nils' hair, roaring and whistling beside his ears. Niels rode on the back of the white goose, just like a knight riding a galloping horse: he shrank his head and body, and pressed his whole body against the neck of Martin the gander. He grabbed the goose feather tightly and closed his eyes tightly in fear.

2. The place was very desolate. Dense layers of tall pine trees stretch all the way to the lake like a black wall. Deep in the dark pine forest, there were bursts of rushing and rustling sounds from time to time. Elsewhere the snow had long since melted, but here there were still layers of thick, solid snow on the gnarled and spreading roots of the pine trees. This leads to the idea that those pine trees are unwilling to part with winter anyway.

3. Smilai pounced on this one and then on that one. His eyes turned red, his tongue lolled sideways, and his red hairs crinkled in clumps. Tormented by viciousness and hunger, unable to see clearly, he swooped toward the spots of sunlight in the woods, toward his own shadow, and in his eagerness even chased after a butterfly.

4. Sure enough, his face looked like a fully inflated football. With great difficulty, Nils touched the tip of his nose sunk into his swollen cheeks, and then scratched his ears, which were as big as burdock leaves. The ears were not at the original place as he imagined, but protruded in another unexpected place. He wanted to wipe his eyes, but he couldn't touch them anyway.

5. The tired and sleepy wild geese flew slowly along the river. The river twists and turns, splashes with white foam, and rushes forward turbulently. The steep rocks bound it from both sides, blocking its path with rocks, and finally forced it underground. But the river opened its own path even beneath the ground, and suddenly it emerged and poured down in a great boiling waterfall, filling the entire gorge. It set off countless pillar-like water splashes and violently impacted the large rocks blocking the road, as if it wanted to vent all its anger on them.

6. He squatted down, raised his head and shouted. He screamed, roared, and wailed for a while; he gritted his teeth, followed his tongue loudly, and kept tapping the ground with his tail. The echoes in the valley multiplied the noises he made several times, and the fox's music made the surrounding air vibrate and roar.

7. However, the real sea is not like what is painted on the map. First of all, it's not blue at all. Not even sure what color he said it was: gray, green, blue in the deep bay, but foaming white near the rocks on the shore. It refuses to be quiet for a minute: sometimes it rushes upward, sometimes it pours down, sometimes it surges towards the shore, and sometimes it retreats back. Where can I clearly see the warm and cold currents? Probably, the surging waves had already disrupted their route and mixed them together.

8. At the same time, the wonderful curves of the coast cannot be seen on any map. Thousands of large harbors and small bays make up the coastline in this area. It is so winding and full of patterns that when viewed from the air, the entire coast looks like an exquisite pattern drawn by someone. If you squint your eyes slightly - you can see a whole, a whole wonderful picture.
