I have had plastic surgery for scar abdomen. Let's talk about it.

Total abdominoplasty: Total abdominoplasty is generally suitable for patients with severe abdominal wall relaxation, including 8-9 steps:

(1) Incision selection: Incision location is often the key to discussion between doctors and patients. According to the shape of incision line, it can be divided into several surgical methods, such as low level, low arc, low "W" shape and low inverted trapezoid. Low horizontal resection technique, this method takes the line formed above the groin and pubic symphysis on both sides of the lower abdomen as the surgical incision line, and separates the flap from it upwards. The advantage of low excision is that the scar is the most hidden, and large pieces of skin and subcutaneous adipose tissue below the navel can be removed.

(2) Skin separation: according to the selected incision, the skin and subcutaneous superficial fatty fascia are cut to reach the superficial layer of deep fascia, and the abdominal shape is shaped by liposuction along the incision, and then separated along the superficial layer of deep fascia to reach the xiphoid process and bilateral costal arches.

(3) Abdominal wall tightening suture: firstly, the anterior sheath of the lower rectus abdominis is intermittently tightened, and then the anterior sheath of the upper rectus abdominis is sutured if necessary. Sometimes it is necessary to transfer the fascia flaps of the external oblique muscles on both sides of the lower abdomen, sew the external oblique muscles on both sides in figure 8, and tighten the lower abdomen again.

(4) Resection of redundant skin suture incision: put the patient in flexion position (knee flexion) to relax the abdominal wall, pull down the separated abdominal skin flap, remove redundant skin, cut the skin at the corresponding umbilical hole in the abdomen, and locate the umbilical hole.

(5) Umbilical foramen reconstruction.

(6) Upper abdominal liposuction: It can further shape the upper abdomen.

(7) Proximity liposuction: Auxiliary liposuction is performed on the adjacent parts to obtain better shaping effect.

(8) Repair and attraction of cat ear flap.

(9) Pressure bandaging and drainage.
