No matter what industry we work in, we certainly hope to have opportunities for promotion. No one wants to stay at the bottom all his life, and everyone wants to climb up, no matter which industry. But if I find that I have no hope of promotion in this unit, will we work hard? I think I will, because I think if I don't have this condition, it can only prove one thing, that is, my ability is not enough, so if I want to climb up, I must constantly enrich myself and make myself more capable in order to be competent for this position. The boss is not a fool. If you don't have this condition, how can he give you a position?
