My son wants a perm. What should I do?

You shouldn't let your son go to high school if he likes it. Just because you don't like the boy who dyed his hair doesn't mean how bad he is. You can't impose your ideas on your son. Dyeing hair is a trend. Now that this practice has been accepted by the public, there are certain reasons. Just dye it back in high school. Normal high school is not allowed, as long as it does not delay study. Isn't this everyone's original intention?
