Onychomycosis is treated with ointment. First, the ointment is used to soften the nails, then the nails are scraped with scissors and painted with onychomycosis, so that the drugs can effectively penetrate into them, and the cure of onychomycosis will not be repeated.

Use 40% urea ointment. The formula of urea ointment is: 40g urea, 20g wool, 5g ash and vaseline 100g. This urea preparation is a strong keratolytic agent. When in use, the skin around the diseased nail should be protected with gauze, fixed with adhesive tape, and then wrapped with gauze. Change the dressing/kloc-0 times a day, and separate the deck from the nail bed with a knife every time. Generally, the deck can be softened and separated from the nail bed after dressing change for 5~7 times. After separation, cut the deck in half with small scissors, disinfect it locally with iodine, drop a few drops of 1%~2% procaine solution, after a few minutes, remove the diseased nail, scrape off the uneven cutin on the nail bed, then wrap it with mixed ointment of urea ointment and compound benzoic acid ointment, and change the dressing 1 time every day until the new nail grows completely.

Take 20 cloves of garlic, peel it, chop it or mash it, and put it in a jar with a stopper. Add 10% acetic acid 150 ml (vinegar can also be used instead) and soak for one day. Soak the diseased nail in warm water for 5 minutes until the nail becomes soft, cut off or scrape off the removable diseased nail with scissors, and insert the diseased nail into garlic immersion liquid 15 minutes. Three times a day, a week can be effective. If it is not cured, you can treat it for another course according to the above method. In order to save time, cotton wool can also be dipped in garlic extract and coated on the diseased nail. Soak or smear garlic extract, sometimes the sick nail feels a little painful, so stick to it. If toenails suffer from onychomycosis, this method is also effective. Garlic extract can be preserved for a long time and can be reused. It is also effective to treat tinea pedis in this way.
