Time flies, time flies, and 2008 has quietly passed away inadvertently. Looking back on 2006, there are both the sureness and joy of harvest and the regret and guilt brought by lack. 2008 is a year of great development for the company, and the market for dynamic testing machines is good. The work of developing the four parts is arduous and arduous. Under the guidance of lathe workers and woolen workers, I have better integrated into this tense and rigorous atmosphere, successfully completed various tasks, greatly improved my professional quality and working ability, and have more confidence in my work. In the past year, I participated in more product design and benefited a lot from it. Not only have I learned a lot of professional knowledge, but also have a more comprehensive understanding and grasp of dynamic products, and cultivated my basic qualities as a mechanical engineer. At the same time, I insisted on self-study, learned new tools, software and professional books in the current mechanical industry, and improved my theoretical level. The specific work is summarized as follows:

I. Work Achievements in 2008 (in chronological order)

1. Design and debug motorcycle testing machines exported to India.

The trip to India was successful, difficult and unforgettable. The three of us, without an interpreter, overcame the difficulties of local hot weather and unsuitable diet, and completed the debugging of four equipments in less than three weeks, and got the acceptance summary from users, which is worthy of recognition. However, I feel a little sorry. Because it is the first time to export vehicle products, the lack of experience, poor anti-rust packaging and broken equipment have reduced the satisfaction of Indians with us. If we pay attention to these details and use our products to open the door to India, a country whose industry has just started, then I believe we will benefit from it.

2. Supervision design PWS-J20B 1

This testing machine has been delivered for inspection, and all indicators have reached the requirements of the technical agreement. It will be delivered when the user's money arrives.

3. Participate in the design of PWS-200B

Together with the wool worker, I have a deeper understanding of the working principle of hydraulic chuck and gas-liquid booster pump, and I have learned a lot from the wool worker. For example, the rigor and seriousness of the design, this product has been shipped.

4. Participate in the design of PWS-250C.

Co-designed with woolen workers, has passed the user's pre-acceptance.

5. As the technical project leader, design NW-DYB200.

This project is a new product, completely new design, short design time and great difficulty, which is a severe test for me. Zuo Gong is very strict with me. Looking for information about MTS and other products for my reference gave me great autonomy. After hard work, I finally finished the design task. At present, the mechanical part of the product has been installed, waiting for the controller to debug. 6. Participate in the design of QPNS-200H7 and QPSB-200.

These two products are also new products with complicated structures. At first, I was appointed as the project leader. But in the process of design, I obviously felt my lack of ability. In addition, during the critical period of the project, there was an emergency at home. I asked for leave for nearly three weeks, which delayed the design time. I am deeply sorry and grateful to Zuo Gong for taking on a lot of work that should have been done by me. These two million products are a good exercise for me, which makes me realize my own shortcomings. At the same time, I also want to thank Zuo Gong for teaching me a lot, because these two products have matured a lot.

7. Participated in the design of PNW-B5000.

I participated in the design of this product under the guidance of the lathe operator. At present, the drawings have been designed, waiting for the user to review the drawings before drawing. I feel very lucky. I have worked with lathe workers, wool workers and shell workers to design products. They are all dynamic authoritative figures with high professional quality and good personality. They let me have a more comprehensive understanding of dynamic products in a short time.

8. Participated in the design of PNW-6000

At present, it is in the tense drawing design stage.

9. I visited the driving axle test-bed with the wool worker. The drive axle test-bed is still blank in our company. I followed Mao Gong to Beijing and Jinan Heavy Duty Truck for investigation and got a lot of information. At present, Mao Gongzheng is talking about technical problems with customers.

10. Develop technical solutions and provide technical support for the sales department.

Two. Academic performance in 2008

In 2008, I studied ANSYS, COSMOS, PRE and other software, bought books and further studied SOLIDWORKS, mastered the new tools of mechanical design, broadened the design ideas and improved the design ability. In 2005, I only had a preliminary understanding of finite element analysis. In 2006, I taught myself COSMOS finite element analysis software. After many exercises and comparing with the finite element analysis of professionals, I finally mastered this finite element analysis tool. Now, I am full of confidence in finite element analysis. In addition, I have made a leap in finite element analysis software. I thought about learning ANSYS, a more professional and widely used finite element analysis software, but I haven't studied it well because of its difficulty. After all, this is an elective course for masters or even doctors. Later, Teacher Deng asked me to study ANSYS and train technicians. With this as the driving force, after more than a month of hard training, I have basically mastered ANSYS, and now I can use it for simple finite element analysis, which is a leap for myself. At the same time, I also taught myself three-dimensional software such as PROE. Although SOLIDWORKS is enough in the current work, PROE is the authoritative software on machinery after all, so I studied it. The purpose of learning is to apply. In the future work, I will seriously consider making full use of the new technology I have learned to make the design better. For example, use three-dimensional software to make renderings, do motion simulation, do finite element analysis and so on.

Third, the improvement of work style in 2008

After more than three years of work, I have completed the complete transformation from school to society, abandoned those unrealistic ideas and devoted myself to my work. With the increasing reaction to work, I began to think about how to make new achievements in my work in order to realize my own value. I have always been very active and don't want to fall behind. I keep telling myself: I must do everything well and go all out. Through the fear of these years, I deeply realize that carefulness and preciseness are the qualities that designers should possess, and proficiency, similarity and innovation are the key factors to determine whether designers are mediocre or excellent. I want to broaden my design ideas more and more, I want to enjoy design, and I want to make a difference in the mechanical field. Going all out to do things, rigorous and meticulous work attitude, should be the biggest gain in my work style in 2006.

Fourth, what is not done enough?

Looking back on the past year, I also left some regrets, which I need to take as a warning. For example, lack of courage to take responsibility independently. I like to find someone else to solve problems, but I can't make decisive decisions. When Zuo Gong was ill, the whole project fell on my shoulders. At first, I felt that the task was too heavy and I had no confidence in myself. Later, I took over and solved one problem after another, only to find that things were not as complicated as I thought, and I lacked the courage to take responsibility independently. Also, my language skills need to be strengthened. Maybe it's because of my personality. I don't like talking about it I just like working hard. Now it seems that this is not enough. I need to face customers and communicate with others.

2008 has left in a hurry, and a hopeful New Year is coming to us. The road is long in Xiu Yuan, and the way to find it is long in Xiu Yuan. The grand goal of the company in 2007 has been placed in front of us. I will be full of energy, forge ahead, make a good work plan, and make unremitting efforts for the development of the company and the realization of personal values.
