Morphological characteristics of Salix benjamina

Evergreen shrubs or small trees, 2 ~ 4 (6) meters high. Bark is brown, thick and longitudinally split. Except for the tall and straight main stem, other branches are soft and drooping, and long linear leaves alternate on them, with sharp front and base.

The shoots are cylindrical, filiform and slender.
