Is it better to be a civil servant or a civilian?

Personally, it's good to be a civil servant!

Let's talk about the army and the people first. According to my understanding at that time, generally speaking, the conversion from military to civilian is a new vocational system implemented in China and a part of military reform. All salaries and benefits are based on officers at the same level. The salary of civil servants in the same city can't be compared, but it is slightly better than that of civil servants in ordinary cities. At present, with the introduction of various systems in the early stage, security systems are also being introduced one after another, which is believed to be a constantly improving professional system. The disadvantage is that it is bound by the military system, and both daily life and going abroad will be bound to varying degrees according to the nature of work.

Let me talk about civil servants. On the whole, civil servants are popular occupations in society, and their jobs are relatively stable. They can't be rich or expensive, but they can also ensure the normal life of themselves and their families. It is not clear whether the situation in other places can be guaranteed, but judging from the small five-line city where I live, the workload of civil servants has increased year by year and the management has become more and more standardized. I used to imagine the behavior of a cup of tea and a newspaper for a day, which was invisible in the circle I contacted. It is normal for some departments of the Standing Committee to even work overtime until evening 1 1 and 12. At the same time, the assessment and supervision are getting stronger every year. This is really not just talk.

Comparing the two, if both can enter, from a personal point of view, I recommend civil servants for three reasons:

1, job stability, from the current point of view, the work of civil servants is relatively stable, that is, in the usual sense? Iron rice bowl? The original policy on civilian personnel was clear. The first batch of civilian personnel who cooperated with the military reform was the appointment system, followed by the contract system. There are serious mistakes or other circumstances in the work, and it is indeed possible to terminate the contract.

2, freedom, civil servants generally take exams in or around their hometown. If you are not in a senior leadership position and work less in different places, you can take care of your parents and family. Some military and civilian personnel are employed in their hometowns, while some frontline military and civilian personnel are not necessarily. At the same time, obeying orders is the bounden duty of soldiers, and civilian personnel are also soldiers. Once you receive the order, you will not consider your own factors.

3. The problem of the work circle, also known as the network problem, can always be solved by colleagues and friends around you, whether it is illness or children going to school. This is a social reality problem, but the working environment of civil servants is relatively closed, and it is difficult to establish their own personal relationships. When encountering real problems, it may be difficult to solve them.
