Article 1: Speech at the general meeting of the Federation of Associations

Dear leaders, teachers and students:

Hello everyone!

Known as the second classroom on campus, the community has gone through 10 years. Every cadre of the community works hard and leads hundreds of students of HKUST to participate in and hold off-campus and on-campus learning exchange activities with a sincere heart to learn rich and varied cultural knowledge. We feel the influence of piano, chess, calligraphy and painting together; Experience the tacit understanding of like-minded. On behalf of all community cadres and members, I thank the leaders of our hospital for their care and help in the handover of new and old community cadres. At the same time, I hope that the leading teachers will pay more attention to the future development of the community. I also hope that the new group cadres will be full of enthusiasm, be determined to innovate, face difficulties, unite and cooperate to give me new opportunities, take new measures, innovate achievements and achieve new breakthroughs.

This year is a year of vigorous development of the association, but also a year of reform and innovation of the association. Thanks to the efforts of the cadres of our association, great progress has been made in all aspects. While paying attention to improving the quality of association cadres, we should actively create conditions, adopt various ways to improve the knowledge and skills of association members and other necessary abilities to adapt to society, and promote the association to form a good atmosphere of learning, unity and integrity. Strengthen the internal organization construction of various associations, enrich the connotation of campus culture, expand the comprehensive quality of students and improve the service system for student cadres; Give full play to the functions of organization, exercise, cultural accomplishment, life practice and social service of student associations, strive to realize the new development of student associations in Tangshan Branch of Hebei University of Science and Technology in the new period, and make contributions to building a harmonious campus. To this end, on behalf of the 2007-08 community cadres, I put forward the following requirements and hopes:

1, keep abreast of the regular meeting activities of various societies, so as to adjust the deployment in time, make overall arrangements and divide the work, report important matters to the school, and provide materials for school leaders to make new decisions.

2, timely convey the spirit of relevant meetings, documents and instructions issued by the school. Organize some meaningful academic activities to improve the level of campus culture and the comprehensive quality of students.

3. Friendship with off-campus and foreign schools has expanded the influence of the school and increased the popularity of the community.

4. Always reflect on yourself, focus on the overall situation, obey organizational arrangements, and solve cross-departmental problems with appropriate methods.

5. Enhance team awareness and make preparations for tackling difficulties in community work;

6. Build your own network and give yourself a chance to survive. At the same time, as a student cadre of the college, we should pay attention to the work of our department while doing our job well, and we can organize activities related to our department to further implement the combination of departments.

7. Communicate with teachers more and gain valuable work and study experience; More contact with ordinary students makes work easier. It is necessary to release the vitality of young students, show the courage of young people, satisfy teachers and students with the work of mass organizations, and make mass organizations become quality, connotative and tasteful institutions.

Of course, what is most worth mentioning here is also my own feelings all the time. That is: all kinds of activities of the club are inseparable from the efforts of the chairmen. They give full play to their advantages in all aspects under limited conditions, and are willing to be lonely for their members, hold various regular meetings and prepare colorful student activities. Without them, there would be no further development of the club, and without them, there would be no club culture with a hundred flowers blooming. A real young student can find a stage to experience himself in the era of hard work, and a pure club cadre will never forget his mission when campus culture develops further. They are like a group of passionate theorists and practitioners who dare to dedicate their youth. On the battlefield of faith, he always maintained a charge posture. The universe is vast and the sky is full of childlike innocence. Love or hate, do your best to cast a childlike pride, and don't lose your ambition in troubled times. Dear teachers and students:

Good afternoon everyone! Time flies, time flies. Over the past year, under the guidance of college leaders and teachers, the 27th Students' Union, in the spirit of being pragmatic, efficient and determined to innovate, based on its own duties, has given full play to its work functions of "self-education, self-management and self-service". With the full assistance of students and the joint efforts of all students' union members, it has continuously innovated its working mode and improved its working methods, and successfully completed various tasks assigned by the college in the last academic year. In the last academic year, the 27th Students' Union held various forms of learning exchange activities, such as old and new students' exchange meeting, English speech and singing contest, debate contest, knowledge contest, examination exchange meeting, etc., which mobilized the students' learning enthusiasm and effectively promoted the construction of the academic atmosphere of the college. The "Harvest Season" literary evening, the New Year's Eve party and the "Siyuan Cup" Girls' Day greatly enriched the students' literary activities, cultivated their sentiment and improved their aesthetic taste. Through these activities, the distance between the student union and the students has been narrowed, the students' understanding, trust and support for the student union have been enhanced, and the sense of responsibility of the members of the student union has also been enhanced. Due to the short time and lack of work experience, we know that there are still some shortcomings and deficiencies in different degrees: the lack of communication and exchanges between various departments of the student union leads to some major activities and organizations of the student union being incomplete, lacking integrity and continuity, and the overall quality of the student union members needs to be further improved; With regard to the updating and improvement of the student union blog, all departments and student branches of the student union cannot upload work plans and work summaries in time, and there are big loopholes in file management and data collection. Regarding the problems existing in the student union, I hope that the next student union will consciously strengthen the internal management of the student union and continuously promote the work of the student union in our college under the guidance of the college leaders and teachers.

Article 4: Speech by the President of the Student Union.

Good evening, everyone! On behalf of the main cadres of the 10th Student Union of the Ministry of Social Sports, I summarized the work in the past year.

First of all, I am very grateful to the leaders of our social system and the counselors and teachers of all grades for their support and guidance to all the activities of our student union this year. Here we go again. I am very grateful to the cadres of all departments in grade 07 and all the officers in grade 08 for their unremitting planning and cooperation in various activities, which made our activities go smoothly this year and got good evaluation. Many words of thanks show that the work of our student union can't be done by one person, and it needs the collective wisdom of all of us and the concerted efforts of Qi Xin. Therefore, students in our social system must adhere to and carry forward this spirit of unity and persevere.

Hello everyone!

Now, I solemnly declare: "The goal of my campaign is to be the deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee." I also solemnly promise that I will do my best to make my work recognized by everyone.

I have worked in the arts department for a long time. From my work, I learned the methods of resolving contradictions, the principles of dealing with people, the attitude of dealing with people, and the importance of "less empty talk and more work". All this proves that I have the ability to undertake the important task entrusted to me by the school.
