What does car calibration mean?

Automobile calibration refers to the use of standard measuring instruments to detect whether the accuracy (precision) of the instruments used meets the standards, which is generally used for instruments with high precision.

Main functions:

1. Determine the input-output relationship of the instrument or measuring system, and give the instrument or measuring system a fractional value.

2. Determine the static characteristic index of the instrument or measuring system.

3. Eliminate system errors and improve the accuracy of instruments or systems.

4. Calibration is an important step in scientific measurement.

Work content:

Undertake engine product development or technical topics; Participate in the review and design of engine technical scheme; Responsible for the trial assembly and review of engine samples; Provide engine-related technical support to suppliers; Analysis and countermeasures of technical problems related to engine production and market supply.

Professional requirements:

Education and training: Bachelor degree or above in engine or internal combustion engine, thermal energy and power engineering.

Work experience: familiar with the production of engine structure and parts (mechanical parts, electrical parts, plastic and rubber parts), able to debug, analyze and solve faults, and be able to independently complete the design of an engine product or parts; Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills, familiar with foreign engine market; Proficient in using AutoCAD and PRO/E software.
