Since then, I have combined literary club activities with my classroom teaching. Until today, I have been doing it for more than ten years.

At present, the field literature society is headed by the young and elegant teacher Wang Jun and me. -I had nothing to do in the summer vacation last year. I once moved out all the sample newspapers and magazines at hand and sorted them out. At that time, my students' exercises were more than 9. These days, after receiving the order from Mr. Zhou, he added the content of-year. According to my personal incomplete statistics, from August, 1992, when student Song An 'an published his exercise "Characteristics of 2", so far, the total number of essays published by students I have taught over the years is 1226; Since I published my first paper "This is how I did the demonstration experiment of liquid pressure" in 1993, the number of my papers published so far is 182. The so-called law I have explored during my ten-year contribution career can be summed up in 12 words, that is, "smooth external communication and quality assurance at home."

let's talk about smooth communication first. My approach is as follows:

First, send a short message to the editor. Every submission, every submission letter, I will attach a short message to the editor. The content of the short message is nothing more than introducing myself, then expressing sincere greetings, then briefly introducing the general content of the submitted article, and then attaching the detailed mailing address of me and the student author. Such short messages are usually written by hand. If it is copied or mimeographed, and then the newspaper name and editor's name are filled in like signing a bill, it seems that it is not so real. I don't think the editor will pay special attention. If it is directly sent to the social magazine, we should pay more attention to not being terrible and troublesome, just loading the social magazine and not writing anything else. In this way, even if the editor intends to choose your student's work, he may have to give it up because he can't get in touch. In addition, even if you attach a short message, don't forget to write the mailing address, postal code, contact phone number, email address and qq number at the back of the manuscript, so that the editor can contact you in an appropriate way.

second, keep a stable and effective contact way. In the editorial department, every editor has his own "responsibility field". In order to plant this "responsibility field" well, editors will try their best to expand their manuscript sources so as to choose the best among the best. Here, a stable and effective contact method is equally important not only for the author but also for the editor. Among these contact methods, mobile phone is the most timely and convenient. In recent years, there have been many manuscripts, all of which were written by editors who contacted me by phone and then according to their needs. Some of our teachers like to change their mobile phone numbers frequently. I don't know about this change. If the editor wants to ask you for a manuscript, he can't contact you even though he knows your name. After several times, people will forget you. I changed my number once in-,but one month before I changed my number, I emailed all the editors I knew and told them that I would start using the new number on March 1,-. In this way, the communication between editors and authors is reduced as much as possible.

third, communicate with the editor in time. From selection to typesetting, each manuscript has to go through several passes, such as primary editing, responsible editing and editor-in-chief, and each pass may be revised again. After our manuscript is sent out, don't leave it to chance. If conditions permit, we should communicate with the editor more. I remember that the first special edition of the field literature society was the study guide for junior high school students in Liaoning in 1999. At that time, after our social magazine was mailed out, Mr. Wang Baogui, the editorial director of "Learning Guidance for Junior High School Students", called several instructors. But there were no cell phones at that time, and all the calls were transferred by our family. I called Mr. Wang back, and he said that he had read our social magazine, which was quite good. I hope I can recommend more compositions to them. I happened to have six or seven manuscripts at hand, so I sent them all at once. Later, Mr. Wang chose five articles at once. This was definitely something we didn't even think of at that time.

fourthly, communication submission should keep pace. Before-years ago, the contributions of Field Literature Society were mainly sent by post office. At that time, I went to the post office almost every week, and sometimes I sent dozens of letters, so that the staff of our town post office were very familiar with me. Since I bought a computer in June, 26, my submission method has quietly changed. It is cheap and fast to submit articles online by email or other means. Sometimes, when you meet a manuscript urgently needed by an editor, you will call in the morning, send it in the afternoon, and finalize it and typeset it on the same day. In this way, you help the editor solve the urgent need, and he will naturally look at your manuscript in the future. Moreover, the newly founded or revised newspaper editors in recent years are mostly young people who have just left school. They are very dissatisfied with the traditional way of submission. An editor told me that they are most willing to accept high-quality electronic manuscripts, because they can be used as soon as they are taken, so as not to be revised, printed and proofread. Some newspapers and periodicals have a heavy task of editing, such as Jilin Chinese Learning Newspaper, which basically means that one editor is responsible for one edition, with two eight editions per week. If it is a traditional manuscript, it is estimated that it is difficult to complete it even if it is simply input.

We have broadened the publishing field, and we have to ensure the quality of the manuscript. There are three ways for me:

First, try to improve the students' writing level and make sure that the manuscript sources are sufficient. Composition teaching is a long period, slow effect, and even a little thankless. In addition, there are human differences in composition marking in the examination room, so that many teachers fundamentally ignore composition teaching, or ask students to recite several excellent works, so that they can be fooled when taking exams. So don't worry, it can be quite effective. I thought such a teacher was at least irresponsible. In fact, composition, reading and classroom teaching can be integrated, and I do the same in my actual teaching. I also ask students to write a weekly diary, once a week, which is the same as the unit composition. In fact, more than 8% of the essays published by students in my class are from their weekly diaries and from their free pen practice. Of course, there are many ways to improve students' writing level, and teachers are more experienced than me, so I won't say much here.

Secondly, stop fake and inferior products to ensure the quality of manuscripts. As I said before, many editors have very heavy tasks, and they don't have much time and can't modify a semi-finished manuscript in detail. Therefore, before we send out the manuscript, we must first check it and solve some problems such as typos, irregular punctuation and sick sentences for the editor. Especially the draft, but also to ensure the quality. Otherwise, even if people reluctantly use your manuscript this time, it is estimated that they will not contact you again in the future. At the same time, we should pay attention to killing counterfeit products in the cradle. Once an editor chatted with me and said that he had asked for a manuscript of a master's test paper, but three reading paragraphs in the manuscript were copied from the Internet. Now the network is omnipotent, copying is easy, and it is easy to be found. If there is anything good in my students' composition, I will take it to the class to read it. If it is plagiarism, 7 or 8 students will find it if Zhang San doesn't find it. This will not only avoid the plagiarism to a great extent, but also be a lesson for plagiarism students. Moreover, after several times, I believe that students will no longer have the idea of plagiarism.

Third, be targeted to avoid the scattering of flowers. A teacher submitted a manuscript, worried that others would not send it, so she came to have a girl to scatter flowers, so that the east would not shine and the west would shine. In fact, this is not desirable. I have learned a lesson from blood in this respect. A new course newspaper once asked me about the unit composition training of "roaming the Chinese world". After I wrote the composition guidance manuscript, it coincided with the students' holiday, so I found an original student composition from the computer and sent it together. A month later, the editor of the contract called me very angry and asked me why I gave her the published manuscript. I was still puzzled at that time, saying that the manuscript was completely new and had never been published. The editor said that she had seen it on my personal homepage, and that the manuscript had made her busy for another two days, accusing me of being irresponsible. Later, I checked carefully, and it turned out that the student exercise I attached had indeed been published, but unfortunately I didn't remember it when I wrote it. Because of this, my new guide was ruined, and the editor naturally made a clean break with me later. Therefore, I would like to advise teachers here that they would rather contribute less, and make clear the characteristics of the manuscripts published in this newspaper before voting, so as to be targeted and improve the hit rate, instead of being keen on spreading flowers widely and reaping little.

To tell the truth, I have only done some honest things in guiding student literature societies over the years. If these things can be regarded as achievements, then every point of mine can not be separated from Teacher Zhou's appeal and help.
