This weekend, there are two courses. Different from the past, this time, constructivism and five-star teaching are resolutely carried through.

Saturday 12.16 is the first time to attend the transformation class of Teacher Tian's Niu Shi Training Camp. This is my second transformation. The transformation targets are my friends who didn't attend the class last time and several new friends who joined our Touma Club.

The course idea is basically in accordance with tian teacher's class idea and framework:

1 Module 1: Three Brains Theory. First, discuss what is the purpose of learning and how to make people change. After introducing the three major ideas of teaching, tell everyone about the three carriages that drive change, and then let the friends discuss the relationship between their biggest change in the past and the troika with 3153 method.

2 module 2: five-star teaching. After briefly introducing the steps of five-star teaching, I began to let everyone discuss the relationship between troika and five-star teaching, and finally showed my cards to talk about my own opinions.

3 module 3: building ten articles. There are exactly 1 people, each of whom has completed the understanding of the 1 items of construction, and I will make supplements and comments.

4 module 4: redefine the teaching elements, draw a two-dimensional diagram, and after embedding five teaching elements, brainstorm the association of each teaching element. Here, I introduce to you what barbaric association is.

5 module 5: management of teachers' status and students' status. This paper introduces the working principle of the brain and the corresponding state management of teachers and students. Finally, collect questions.

6 wrap-up: use 4F to make a summary of today's lesson. In the process of everyone expressing their training feelings one by one, I really discovered the difference that this constructivist class brought to everyone. An HR girl said that this was the most focused course since she attended so many courses, and it burned her brain for four hours. The person in charge of HR Elite Exchange said that I still feel unfinished and want to hear it again.

Final course resumption: I will come back to tian teacher's class four months later and find that the course design is exquisite, which is really unusual. On the afternoon of Sunday, 12.17, I brought a half-day communication course to the friends of Shanxi HR Elite Exchange: Effective communication starts from the heart. In fact, I have talked about the communication course for more than 1 times in the enterprise, and this time it is only a half-day abridged version. It is reasonable to say that it should be easy. But this time I decided to challenge the full version of five-star teaching and completely subvert my previous teaching methods. Speaking of it, yesterday was a familiar person, and everyone was very proud. Then there are nearly 4 participants in this training, most of whom don't know each other. It's really a challenge. But in the end, it is proved that the construction of classroom is worthy of your persistence and practice.

Tell me about my course ideas:

1. First, introduce yourself, combined with the 4+1 method of Brother Zhi Tao, and after taking everyone to sign, write your name in the middle, draw your hometown, occupation, your mood today and your understanding of communication in four circles, and then introduce each other to let everyone guess the four paintings, and the atmosphere will start to heat up this round. Finally, the team leader was selected by throwing a name tag to usher in the first small climax. It tells about the scoring rules (this is the first time I used Teacher Tian's ABC scoring rules, but I didn't dare to use them because I was always lack of confidence).

2 module 1: communicate effectively and start over. Ask everyone what communication is, and let several friends raise their hands to speak and score. This round found that everyone's participation is good, and the learning atmosphere of this community is still relatively good. Then I told you the definition of communication by several big coffees and the investigation of practical workplace communication by several consulting companies. Then I used a model SCQR created by myself to let you tell stories of communication confusion, and 3153 selected the most representative stories of communication confusion in each group. Each group shares, and there are really little friends who can tell stories. Hurry up and send out the first A+ on the spot.

after each group shared it, it led to my understanding of communication confusion-because everyone lives in a window, I introduced Johari window to everyone (the difference between this knowledge point explanation and the previous one is that my interpretation of the case is more vivid, which stems from the attention and strengthening of imaginative children in the previous class).

after the lecture, it is the biggest change and a bold attempt in this class. Let all the friends directly use the knowledge points of Joe Harry's window to solve the problems for the friends just shared. The fish tank meeting used here shows that my introduction to the rules of the fish tank meeting made everyone more interested, so after the rules of the fish tank meeting were announced, everyone began a heated discussion. Finally, the discussion rule of 3153 asked the fish to sum up the three most constructive opinions on ta. When the discussion time is up, I find that the excitement of each group can't end, but I am still trapped in the discussion in my own group. Then the last round of sharers shared three pieces of feedback that they found most valuable, and each sharer had various gains. In the process, it was found that in fact, many students' communication confusion had been solved by more than half, and one of them had a particularly profound understanding of Johari Windows, so he quickly sent out the first A++ in this field.

2 the second module: "communication with laughter, starting from the heart" was the main part of my explanation in my previous course. But by this time, more than half of the time has passed. But it doesn't matter. We use iceberg theory+questions to draw people's attention to the emotional brain and the real reasons behind the key dialogue. We tell you how to win in the key dialogue from three parts. We use three stories and three case exercises to show the content of the second module to you. It's really because there is no time behind. In fact, the complete part is to take the content learned in the second module and do a scenario exercise on the previous case to really test what everyone has learned. Let me comment. But it's a pity that there is not enough time to do this part. The last few golden sentences conclude the day's course.

at the end of the course, as usual, there are students to thank for today's learning gains. However, this time, I feel that everyone has really gained something, and this gain is related to their own minds.

The last course resumption: Today's constructivist class has a deeper feeling. Because the process was created by myself, it was also uneasy at first. But in fact, it is found that proper warm-up and necessary push words can really make adults who have been immersed in cognitive teaching methods quickly integrate into the active constructivist classroom, and really integrate into it. You find that the brain wisdom stimulated is really beyond imagination. This has strengthened my determination and confidence in practicing constructivism.
