How to draw a pie chart in excel table?

First, we open the Excel program of the computer. (Take the pie chart showing the consumption of the current month as an example)

Find the Insert button at the top of the Excel main interface and select the pie chart at the bottom, as shown in the figure below.

At this time, a drop-down box will pop up, and you can choose the required pie chart presentation method, two-dimensional or three-dimensional.

After the selection is completed, you can see a blank white box in the main interface, and the top menu bar will automatically jump to the bottom of the design bar. You can define the color composition style of the pie chart after making it.

Next, add relevant data information to the Excel table. Take a month's consumption as an example. After filling in, move the mouse to the white box, click the right mouse button, and select Select Data from the right-click menu.

The dialog box for selecting data source pops up, and drag the mouse to select the data area filled in the previous step.

When you release the mouse, a dynamic dotted line will appear around the selected area, and the selected data will appear in the Select Data Source dialog box. Click the OK button in the lower right corner.

This completes the production of the pie chart. You can clearly see the proportion of each consumption in the total consumption this month.
