Urgent Notice of Jinhua Municipality on Strengthening Epidemic Prevention and Control in the Field of Building Construction

All construction enterprises should keep abreast of the dynamic adjustment of medium and high-risk areas in the country, urge all projects under construction to make statistics on all project personnel, and comprehensively inquire about personnel trips through the small program of "self-inspection of confidential colleagues" and "health code" of the National Government Service Center. Focus on the investigation and registration of residents in high-risk areas in China within 14 days, report to local communities in time, and implement measures such as nucleic acid detection and isolation. Take strict control measures for new employees, and in principle do not recruit migrant workers from other provinces.

02. Strictly implement epidemic prevention and control measures.

The construction site should set up personnel health monitoring ledger, and conduct temperature detection twice a day in the morning and evening to ask about health status, and make records one by one. The dormitory in the living quarters of the construction site should be strictly in accordance with the regulations, control the living density of personnel, and implement the requirement of ventilation and disinfection at least twice a day. Canteen, shower room, toilet and other places should be ventilated and disinfected in strict accordance with the requirements of relevant prevention and control guidelines to ensure environmental hygiene. Dining in the canteen on the construction site shall be divided into different parts and in different periods. The distance between diners shall be kept, and face-to-face dining shall be avoided. Cookware, kitchenware and tableware shall be strictly disinfected, and fixed independent tableware shall be provided when conditions permit. Decentralize on-site regular meetings, pre-shift education, technical disclosure and other activities, reduce centralized meetings, choose open and ventilated places when necessary, and keep the distance between people above 1 m.

03. Strictly implement closed management.

The construction site should continue to implement various measures of closed management. At the entrance and exit of the construction site, living area and office area, there must be someone who is responsible for temperature measurement and registration of personnel entering the construction site. The inspector's "health code" is green before entering. If the personnel with code yellow and red team are found, they should be isolated on the spot immediately and report quickly. Strictly control the entry of foreign personnel and vehicles into the construction site, and irrelevant personnel are strictly prohibited. Construction site personnel don't go out unless necessary, reducing personnel flow. All kinds of personnel on the construction site are not allowed to gather, gather together or have dinner, and kitchen staff, logistics service personnel and security personnel are arranged separately to reduce the risk of personnel crossing.
