However, judging from the recent supervision and inspection of the Municipal Office of Burning Ban, there are still problems such as insufficient attention and lax control measures in various units, and illegal discharge occurs from time to time in some areas. According to the instructions of the leading comrades of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, all levels and departments should continue to pay close attention to key nodes and key areas, strictly implement various measures such as publicity and mobilization, prohibition and investigation, and ensure the safety of fireworks management during the Spring Festival and the Winter Olympics. The relevant requirements for strengthening the control of fireworks and firecrackers in the city are hereby notified as follows:

First, further improve the political position and strictly control measures. Inform relevant units involving government agencies, enterprises and institutions, and link them with the annual selection of spiritual civilization units.
