Software development time is not enough

Some companies are in a fast iterative rhythm for a long time, and one week or even two or three days is an iterative cycle. Occasionally, there will be very urgent needs, such as "it must be online next week" and "it will be tested this Friday" ... Programmers are probably familiar with such words. In this case, programmers need to constantly improve their programming skills, shorten the development time, and try to replace "manual labor" with tools.

The company's task is unreasonable.

Many times it is a problem of leadership. I have been in business for more than ten years and have seen various leadership styles. The business side follows the schedule, the project manager does not screen the requirements, and all the work follows. Don't understand the programmer's ability, such as giving a difficult job to a junior programmer. There is also a more excessive, "I work overtime, you all have to accompany me to work overtime" and "the meeting time is arranged after work". In this case, programmers should distinguish whether they work overtime because of their own problems (lack of ability) or leadership problems. If it is the latter, they can consider changing teams or jumping ship.

The working environment is very stressful.

Although many companies have operation and maintenance personnel, when there are problems in the production environment, programmers often have to respond and solve them at the first time, which is very stressful. Deduct money and KPI if you don't answer the phone.
