I am tired of heart and body. I accept it. I endure hunger, cold, poverty, and humiliation. One fact exists, that is, fate is with me, and I am with fate. *** Survival or death. I am who I am, and I will never give in to fate, even if it is miserable. Maybe this is also the meaning of life.

But it is often difficult for us to recognize ourselves because we rely on our senses, eyes, ears, tongue, nose, body, and mind to understand the world. The world we see is unreal, although the world we live in is real.

You can't change the environment, but you can change yourself; you can't change the facts, but you can change your attitude; you can't change the past, but you can change the present; you can't control others, but you can master yourself. ; You can't predict tomorrow, but you can grasp today; you can't have everything go smoothly, but you can do everything with your heart; you can't extend the length of life, but you can determine the width of life.

To give a very simple example, the world seen by a blind man and the world seen by you, the world seen by a baby and the world seen by an adult are definitely two different things.

You can’t even see the world clearly, so how easy is it to tell who you are?

There is a saying in the Diamond Sutra that one’s mind should be born without abiding.
