Yes, you can. Durian, as an ordinary fruit, can be steamed and eaten in a pot. After durian is steamed, its taste will be softer. With steam, the moisture in the pulp will increase and the sweetness may decrease. Few people like to eat steamed durian. Most people mainly eat durian at room temperature or after refrigeration.
