Gantt chart shows the internal relationship between time-related system progress, such as project and schedule, with time, so as to graphically display the order and duration of specific projects through activity list and time scale.

In Gantt chart, the horizontal axis represents time, the vertical axis represents projects, and the lines represent the planned and actual completion during this period. Visually indicate when the plan will be implemented and the comparison between the progress and the requirements. It is convenient for managers to understand the remaining tasks of the project and evaluate the progress of the work.

Step 1: Select three columns of data: Task Breakdown, Start Time and Time Interval, and insert the stacked bar chart.

Step 2: Right-click the vertical category axis, and then click Select Data.

Step 3: Click Edit in the label of horizontal classification axis, and click OK.

Step 4: Select the fields of task decomposition in the axis tab area, including "Clear Purpose", and then click OK.

Step 5: Click Add in the legend item.

Step 6: Edit the data series, select "Start Time" as the series name, select red data content as the series value, and then click OK.

Step 7: Click the "Start Time" in the legend item and click the up arrow to move the "Start Time" to the top position.

Step 8: Right-click the vertical classification axis, set the coordinate axis format, and check Reverse Classification.

Step 9: Right-click the horizontal classification axis and set the maximum and minimum Values of the axis boundary, where the minimum value is equal to value (start time) and the maximum value is equal to value (end time).

Step 10: Right-click the orange column, select No Fill as the color, and select Wireless Bar as the border.

Eleventh, set the grid lines, and select the secondary horizontal grid lines of the main axis in the chart elements.

Step 12: Set the color and line type of the grid lines.
