Although Russia possesses nuclear weapons, as a P5 country, it will not be the first to use nuclear weapons! As long as Russia keeps its promise, the Russian-Ukrainian war is a limited war and cannot spread into a nuclear war! If Russia does not keep its promise and insists on using nuclear weapons, then China will not go back on its word. After all, China made it clear that it would provide nuclear protection for Ukraine.
