2. Comparing personal works, one is to confirm the content copied by the infringer, and the other is to judge the release time of the two pages to ensure that the original page time is earlier than the infringing page.

3. Inform the other party that it has been suspected of infringement, ask the other party to delete the infringing article, stop the infringement, and bear the liability for compensation, including apology and economic compensation. Article 52 of the Copyright Law stipulates that the infringer shall, according to the circumstances, bear civil liabilities such as stopping the infringement, eliminating the influence, making an apology and compensating for the losses.
