What is Turing Test?

Turing test is that the tester asks questions to the testee at will through some equipment (such as keyboard) when he is separated from the testee (a person and a machine). After asking some questions, if more than 30% of the respondents can't tell the tester which is human and which is the answer of the machine, then the machine has passed the test and is considered to have human intelligence. The University of Reading, the organizer of Turing Test 20 14, issued a press release, claiming that Eugene Goostman, an artificial intelligence software founded by Russian Vladimir Veselov, passed the Turing Test. If this conclusion is confirmed, it will be a milestone in the history of artificial intelligence and even computers.
