Although Qin Min used it to explain his growing story in Touma, it can also be extended to our lives. Or diligence itself is the hope that we can take it as a reference creed in life. These three creeds can actually be applied to different stages of our lives: initial stage, frustration stage and success stage.

Qin Min has designed a growth route for his first career-becoming DMT, and started to work hard with this goal to meet every requirement needed to achieve the goal. You should also design your own life plan and career plan in your life. This is our beginning. We should have a beautiful blueprint to guide us forward and give us direction when we are confused. Maybe we didn't design it ourselves, but our parents and even the society will give you a life plan. Only at this time, you are the one who is led by parents and society. And if we have a growth route designed by ourselves, we will have more direction and motivation. Looking back at a certain stage of life, we will know whether we have achieved our goals.

The ideal is full and the reality is skinny. Neither our route planning in Touma nor our life planning can be smooth sailing. We will all encounter setbacks, and our plans may all fail. Qin Min's failure is impressive. That was when he was running for the district chief. He was a shoo-in, but he was unexpectedly eliminated in the second round. Facing the reality, we will be full of frustration, and some people may give up and sink. But the diligent choice is to try again, try again. Maybe you will succeed if you try again; If it still doesn't work, try again, again.

Trying again this time is also very touching to me. I happened to encounter Waterloo in an important exam recently, which was not only a little regrettable, but also interrupted my plan. Although I am not stubborn, I am always a little unhappy and depressed about this failure that should not have failed. After listening to this attempt, I felt the power instantly. Try again next year, go to a better place or choose a better direction.

We all have the time to achieve our goals, the time to succeed, and the time to be confused. After achieving the goal of becoming a DMT, he completed the second DMT certification, and plans to set up clubs that can meet the needs of special people, such as senior clubs for senior members, old horse clubs for the elderly, and pony clubs for families and children.
