Is the dog ligation in Buddhism causality good?

This is of course a good thing. Because the ligation is to stop the dog from giving birth, there will be no relatives and creditors reborn in this life. For dogs, there will be no more children's concerns. For dogs, this is a good relief. So this is a good thing.

But why do I repeatedly emphasize "this life"? Because although it is a good thing, it treats the symptoms rather than the root cause, and does not solve the fundamental problem. The dog's unjust relatives and creditors will continue to look for it to be reborn in the dog's next life. "When will you take revenge?" Mother dog is still reincarnated from generation to generation on the path to get rid of the fate of not being a dog. Therefore, the most perfect way is not only to ligate the dog, but also to recite the Buddha's name and Tibetan scriptures for the dog, and to bless the dog's next life with the blessing of Buddha and Bodhisattva.
