Probably last winter, when the weather was very cold anyway. At that time, Meituan said that there was a problem in the backend, and the address positioning was inaccurate. I didn't check it when I ordered takeout, but I didn't realize anything was wrong until the delivery person called me.

The delivery boy couldn't find the address and then asked me for the specific location. It turned out that something was wrong when I heard it. This is my home address. I'm still at the company, and the two places are several miles apart. What's going on? Only then did I remember to check the order, and found that the system had positioned me at home. I obviously ordered the meal at the company.

Later I called the merchant, who said they couldn’t solve the problem and asked me to contact Meituan customer service. The key point is that I was very hungry at the time. Even if the customer service canceled my order and placed a new order, I would definitely not be able to make it in time for dinner. I also had hypoglycemia, and I was so hungry that my hands started to shake.

Later, when the delivery man heard about this situation, he comforted me and said it was okay. I would deliver it to you. Don’t worry. Then on such a cold day, the delivery man took a long way to deliver it to the company for me.

The journey from my home to the company has long exceeded the system's address modification range. If the delivery person didn't deliver it to me at that time, I had no choice but to go to Meituan's backend to solve the problem.

At that time, I was especially grateful to the takeaway guy. I didn’t know what to say after taking the still warm takeaway. I just kept saying thank you to him. Then the delivery person didn't say anything, waved his hand and said to me, "I wish you a happy meal." After that, he braved the strong wind and left again. I always remember his face that was red from the cold.

It was a long time later that I learned about this function after being reminded by my colleagues. Then I found the order from the backend and tipped the deliveryman five yuan. But since so much time has passed, I don’t know if he still remembers who I am. In fact, it doesn't matter whether you remember it or not. I just expressed my feelings.
