According to 34-year-old Miss Shen, she and Miss Fang have been friends for many years. June, 5438+October, 2008 10, Miss Fang and her husband, Mr. Wang, wanted to set up an intermediary company for studying abroad, so they invited Miss Shen and another relative, Gao Mou, to set up the Shenzhen Service Center of Guangdong Qiaoyi Overseas Exchange Service Center Co., Ltd. through the relationship of Mr. Wang, and agreed to share 60%, Gao Mou 20% and Miss Shen 20%.

According to Miss Shen, since Miss Fang has been taking care of children abroad all the year round, her husband, Mr. Wang, has become the actual controller of the company and the main developer of the company's business. In the first half of this year, Miss Fang divorced Mr. Wang. In order to divide the property, Miss Fang entrusted Miss Shen to help inquire about some accounts of the company. As a result, Miss Shen found that this study agent still has an account in Hong Kong, and all commissions returned by overseas schools to the agent according to a certain percentage of scholarships are in this account. The total commission from 2008 to 20 1 1 was actually 8 million yuan, but she didn't know it.

Miss Shen said that the cost of purchasing these fake official seals will be added to the service fee for international students. With these fake official seals, even illiterate people can study abroad as long as they give money to make a fake report card. As she said, Miss Shen also provided the signatures of two witnesses, who both claimed that the fake seal was forged by Mr. Wang.

The proof of funds cannot be falsified, while others can be falsified, especially for students studying abroad whose grades are not very good. In order to win the admission of foreign schools, it is necessary to falsify their grades, which is called "packaging" in the industry. Miss Shen said that a successful introduction of an international student can get the service fee paid by the international student and the commission returned by overseas schools, which is usually 15%-25% of the tuition fee. Take Australia as an example, the annual tuition fee is about 654.38+10,000 yuan, and the University of Sydney will refund part of the commission to the study agent. Therefore, the successful introduction of foreign students as an intermediary means of making a living has led to the emergence of fake transcripts.
