It is the direction and speed of the skateboard that needs to be mastered. 3. In the obstacle skating technique, emergency stop and sharp turn are very important techniques. When sliding down the slope, the speed is relatively fast. You should learn to use the method of stopping the board while keeping your feet on the skateboard, and turn the skateboard horizontally to brake when you are hungry. There are two ways to change the speed of skateboarding: one is to control the center of gravity with the hind foot and try to make the body lean forward to drive the skateboard forward; The second is to beat the elastic skateboard surface with both feet and slide forward by elasticity. The technical focus of downhill skiing is control, followed by speed. First, learn to slide steadily. When sliding downhill, put your feet on both ends of the skateboard. When turning or crossing mountains, move your feet to the center of the skateboard. Your face and body should face straight ahead, squat down, your thighs are close to your chest, and your hands are straight. 5. Turning skills The skater pushes the skateboard forward, then stands with his feet apart and his left foot can move flexibly. Press the weight at the end of the board and raise the end of the board by an inch or two. When the plate end is in the air, the body rotates clockwise; When the front wheel hits the ground, the skateboard deflects to the right. Connect this series of movements and keep practicing. 6. The next hurdle skill is close to the street sill, and the center of gravity is moved to the back foot. When the plate end crosses the ridge, lift the front wheel. Climbing skills When approaching the street sill, the skater shifts the center of gravity to the hind foot, lifts the board end, and makes it jump over the edge of the sill, and then reaches the street sill. Quickly shift the center of gravity from the hind foot to the front foot in the air. Press the front end of the skateboard onto the steps, so that the tail of the skateboard also goes up the steps. 8. Reverse the skateboard forward to make it reach a proper speed, and straddle both ends of the skateboard as far as possible. Put the center of gravity on the front foot, that is, the left foot, tilt the tail of the board and rotate it clockwise 180 degrees (backward or outward). If the action is correct, the skateboard stands upside down and the right foot becomes the supporting foot. 9.360-degree rotation skill The skater can find balance by pushing it gently on the slide, and can swing back and forth or turn around. Try to keep the skateboard level. When you are ready, swing your arm counterclockwise. At the same time, keep your balance and make a final push to the left. The center of gravity falls on the right foot, and the arm swings to the right, driving the whole body to rotate. When rotating, the rear wheel is the shaft. Try to keep the rear wheel level. Don't lift the front end of the board too high. In fact, there is no need to pay attention to the front end of the skateboard. As long as you focus on the tail of the board and increase the rotation, the front end will naturally rise and the height will be just right. 10, single-wheel rotation skills The skater drives to slide to a suitable speed, tilts the front end of the skateboard and rotates 360 degrees with the rear wheel. In order to keep a good balance, try to keep the skateboard in the air for a long time. Grasp the front end of the skateboard with your hands, keep a balanced fulcrum, and make people rotate with the skateboard. Then step on one side of the skateboard with your back foot, and grasp the skateboard with your hands to make one wheel of the rear wheel leave the ground for at least two turns.
