I joined Luckin Coffee last September and worked as an assistant manager in a store in a northern city. At first, store orders did not skip orders. At that time, I thought there was no problem, because it was still very common in the catering industry. I thought it might be to avoid letting my peers know the real sales volume of the store, and I didn't think much.
