How to learn communicative English well? What are the methods?

For example, it is easy to remember words according to the relationship between pronunciation and spelling, that is, to master the spelling rules, remember words according to the compound relationship between prefix suffix and root or stem, remember words according to the relationship between antonyms, synonyms and homophones, and remember words according to the relationship between words in sentences or language environment. The same is true of learning grammar, and mastering the changes of word forms and sentence patterns is the key to learning grammar.
