This summer vacation, I mainly read Sukhomlinski's Common Sense of Education and Teaching for Primary and Secondary School Teachers, Lingang Dialect in Linzhang and Suggestions for Teachers. First of all, let's talk about the gains of the book "Common Sense of Education and Teaching for Primary and Secondary School Teachers". Before, I personally thought I could master general education and teaching knowledge, but after reading this book, I found that my knowledge was far from enough. Speaking of this book, it is very comprehensive from the new curriculum concept, teaching routines and classroom skills. Starting from the new concept of classroom, we should grasp its essential characteristics as follows:

1, emphasizing the learner's main body and highlighting the importance of students' active learning.

2. The key point is to implement the course through learners' interests, needs, abilities and experiences.

3. Emphasize the integrity of acquisition, highlight the comprehensiveness and integrity of the course, and oppose too detailed analysis and teaching.

From the perspective of teaching routine, it is the main basis for standardizing teachers' teaching behavior. Teachers' teaching routine mainly includes preparing lessons, giving lectures, attending lectures, correcting homework and teaching reflection. In the book, I learned about the ancient civilization of Linzhang, from the birth of Guiguzi to Mao Sui's Talking about Chuting, from the name of the village to the biography of the rural sage, and so on, which gave me a deeper understanding of Linzhang's history and culture. At the same time, I admire Mr. Dong's love for his hometown. Here, I not only got a better understanding of Linzhang culture, but also learned a lot from Teacher Dong. As he said in the book, I want to be knowledgeable, read widely, memorize by rote and be knowledgeable.
