Why didn't India develop?

1, India's infrastructure is very poor, there is not even a toilet, and more than 1/4 people have no electricity.

2. Education in India is very sad. At the beginning of the 20th century, the enrollment rate was about 60%, and now it has reached 90%. However, 30%~40% of primary school graduates are illiterate. To tell the truth, higher education is possible, but the number is too small.

India's caste system is nonsense and has far-reaching influence. The son of a farmer can only be a farmer forever, and the son of a businessman can only be a businessman. People's fate is predestined, so everyone works hard the day after tomorrow.

4. Democracy in India is a joke. Basically, on the issue of shirking responsibility, this is very democratic. When it comes to doing things, everyone will come to scrape a layer of skin.
