I'm * *, and I'm running for the position of Minister of Culture and Entertainment of the Student Union. My position in the class is a member of the cultural and recreational Committee and a representative of the English class. Before I came to attend this speech, many people said to me, "888, you'd better not attend." You are young and inexperienced. What ability do you have to be the Minister of Culture and Entertainment! " ? "I know there are many musical talents in No.15 Middle School, and I also know that I am young and immature among many candidates, but I believe I can do a good job as Minister of Culture and Entertainment!

I ran for the Minister of Culture and Entertainment for two reasons: First, the Minister of Culture and Entertainment should have two extraordinary talents: "literature" and "entertainment". I can play the guzheng, a classical instrument of China. Now I have learned Guzheng Grade 9, and I have fully cultivated my sense of music and sensitivity to rhythm. He also actively participated in the performances organized by the school and performed his unique skills. Moreover, I am a small author of China Student Learning Newspaper. When I was in primary school, I once published my own articles in newspapers and books. And I have a rich imagination, and there are many "tricks" on weekdays. I think I have basically qualified for this.

There is another important reason for me to run for Minister of Culture and Entertainment: I have a very happy family, parents who love me and a brother who loves me very much. My brother once ran for the Minister of Culture and Entertainment in No.3 Middle School. I know he paid a lot for that speech. Because he has little spare time, he often writes speeches until late at night, and his eyes turn red the next day. Although I look distressed, I am also very gratified, because I believe my brother is the best. He is sure to succeed! Unfortunately, my brother was too tired and caught a cold, so he couldn't attend the lecture because of his fever. Later, although my brother didn't say anything, each of us could feel his inner depression and pain. Today, I stand here to run for Minister of Culture and Entertainment, not only for my own dream, but also for my brother to fulfill his long-cherished wish!

I think the Cultural and Creative Department is a group representing students and provides a stage for each student to display their talents. Specifically, the Ministry of Culture and Entertainment enriches students' after-school life by organizing colorful activities. And we must follow three principles: first, don't forget your roots when playing. The most important thing for students is to study and not neglect their studies; Second, we should play a high-level and meaningful game. We can't get nothing after playing, it's just a waste of time. Third, we should have fun. Once the activities organized by the art department can no longer arouse students' interest, the art department loses its value of existence. Therefore, the Ministry of Literature and Art should be good at grasping students' psychology, and organize activities not only in quantity but also in quality!

I tried to publicize trendy fashion shows, popular songs suitable for us, and some "retro" programs with strong classical flavor, which were enough to feast my eyes on the students.

In some special festivals, large-scale cultural performances can also be held, integrating karaoke competitions and dance competitions. We can also hold a food competition. There are also some production competitions, story competitions, popular science quizzes and so on. As long as you have enough courage, you can take part in the competition on the stage. The conditions are simple. As long as you are talented, you can participate. At that time, the winners will have a beautiful gift. Don't miss it! Isn't this festival very meaningful, interesting and rich?

Moreover, we can open a joke riddle garden in school, so that students can read a joke and guess a riddle after a hard day's leisure, so that happiness can easily fill their lives and achieve the learning effect of 1+ 1=3.
