I don't know anything about law and politics. The following views are only personal understanding and do not represent any group.

In my opinion, the objective reasons for legal problems and judicial injustice in China are as follows:

1. People's deep-rooted feudal thoughts have not been completely eradicated, and to a certain extent, there is still the "passerby thought" of "salty radish and light worry". I don't want to or dare to take care of things that seem to be related to politics, such as law.

2. Historical heritage

Something happened in the 1960s, which caused great disaster to the legal system and politics of China at that time. It is not conducive to the construction of a legal society.

3. Legal feedback

To some extent, the failure to severely punish criminals has indirectly affected China's judicial injustice and other issues.
