However, why has China always been partial to the rule of law, but it still wants to strengthen the law? People will be obedient only when they become stupid, which is more beneficial to the rulers. So it makes you feel that everything is the result of no rule of law. But do ordinary people really need laws that have nothing to do with their daily lives, or even nothing to do with them? This statement is strange, because aristocratic privilege is common sense and everyone is equal. However, China ruled by law will be hated, because the concept of the rule of law is deeply rooted in people's hearts, and some people will be accused of disobeying the law, which is also a phenomenon of emphasizing the rule of law. But in the final analysis, the rule of law is the foundation of the bottom people, and the upper class is the beneficiary. Legal provisions are beneficial to the upper class, and slavery drives the lower class, so the phenomenon that power is greater than law will appear in an extreme society ruled by law, which is not caused by the rule of man, but the product of the extreme development of the rule of law. The essence of law is to rule and manage the people, and those who hold power interpret the law. Rule by man will not make the law against humanity, but the rule of law. China has always attached importance to the rule of law, and the rulers preach the benefits of the rule of law and vilify the rule of man.
