Please forgive your colleagues for not doing your job well. Don't argue with each other in the group, because there are other leading colleagues in the group, which will only make people laugh. No matter how much you say, it won't solve the problem. It is better to calm down and think about it. Put a low profile first, and our colleagues will not be nice to you any more. Then we brainstorm and discuss ways to solve the problem. Won't things die down? Kill two birds with one stone without hurting everyone's face. If this colleague has a good relationship with you, you can't argue in the group. You can talk privately, so friends can still do it.
