What is the mentality that one person is lazy but still says another person is lazy?

First, I tend to be arrogant, contemptuous, not good at dealing with interpersonal relationships, and have no sense of teamwork to belittle others to raise myself. Second, this is to project the parts that you are not good at or don't like to others, so as to gain higher self-identity. Third, these people learned this way of communication from home when they were young, so they still treat others in this way when they grow up. This is a recognition of their childhood by adult parents.
