In 218, at the off-line on-the-spot meeting of the provincial workshop on "Professional Development of Teachers in internet plus" in Shandong Province, I listened to the opening report of the provincial project "Guidance and Research on Career Planning of Senior High School Students under the Background of the New College Entrance Examination" introduced by County No.1 Middle School, and thought about the career education of senior high school and the research and design of the project.

Actually, this is not an ideal state. Perhaps my "fat" has not been really stimulated to the pain point, so I have never really been cruel to lose it. The ideal state should be aimed at the established goal of "severely reducing". Since breakfast is not hungry, it is better to save it. ......

From the development and change of my buffet choice, we can see the difference between planning and not, and the difference of the implementation effect of planning under the guidance of different goals-in this sense, it can be said that targeted planning can actually determine the direction of our actions and the corresponding action force.

there are many people in the meeting place, so it is inconvenient to get in and out. So at the beginning, in order to avoid some urgent matters, I was very restrained in drinking water, and basically I moistened my throat a few times with a small mouth. This is a "planning consciousness", right?

What's more "planning consciousness" is that according to the meeting schedule, after my speech, I should have a rest time to deal with some personal matters. So when it was our turn to introduce this topic just now, I deliberately finished drinking a glass of water first.

Think carefully about the words. I think of "career planning" from the word "career planning" used in the title of the project. From the perspective of a school, how can I choose?

In my understanding, I prefer the explanation-

Based on the training goal of "self-realization", the school level can guide students to do some exploration in consolidating their academic planning, understanding their major planning, exploring their career planning and leading their life planning, and all these aspects are isomorphic to become our career planning education for students.

among these relationships, career planning is only a small part of the whole career planning. What I can think of is that the immediate career planning is a direct response to the new college entrance examination, while poetry and distance refer to life planning and point to the goal of "adult" education. The foothold of these two (focus? ), it should still be the core academic planning and professional planning.

It seems that the direction of high school education efforts can be life-oriented, with career planning guidance as the carrier, focusing on the cultivation of corresponding consciousness and ability, and promoting effective learning with goals, plans, breadth and depth.

by clarifying this line, we may find a more suitable angle, even a specific node, according to our actual position in the education process.

Is to solve the problem of how to carry out career planning education in senior high school?

What are the problems that the new college entrance examination aims at and needs to solve?

All I can think of,

is the problem of eating and drinking at random and getting fat before regretting it;

It is a problem that we are used to passive acceptance and will not choose, especially will not choose independently;

is the problem of our lack of sober self-awareness;

it is the problem that our vision is not wide enough and our ears are not listening to things outside the window;

It is the problem that we can't find a suitable target positioning;

It is a problem that we often have a goal but can't stick to it, can't stick to it, and can't find a way;

is a problem that our consciousness and ability of self-planning and design are relatively weak;

...

In other words, independent choice is a kind of consciousness and an ability; Self-planning is also a kind of consciousness and ability. The lack of this aspect has affected the realization of the educational goal of cultivating a "complete person", and has also made our education a pusher of "the contradiction between the people's growing need for a better life and the unbalanced and insufficient development".

From this point of view, we don't want to carry out career planning education out of thin air, and we don't think about how to guide career planning for the time being. Instead, we start our educational thinking and research practice from the perspective of cultivating students' awareness and ability of independent choice and self-planning. In this way, many things that we should and can do may gradually emerge-

For example, to solve the problem of self-awareness, we should explore the contents and measures from psychological counseling, class management, subject teaching and even professional testing;

For example, we can explore how to plan and organize social practice, social service, professional cognition and experience, etc. around understanding social and professional issues.

For example, we can vigorously strengthen the education of ideals and interests. This year's China Education Conference on Teachers' Day confirmed the fundamental direction and task of the next education development in China, aiming at the ideas of getting something for nothing and dreaming of getting rich overnight, which are very influential among primary and secondary school students, represented by the entertainment circle. How can it be understood? Let's put it this way, it seems that we can shift our attention from simply and directly thinking about how to conduct career planning guidance to the cultivation and improvement of potential abilities necessary for career planning and life planning. I am a teacher and researcher of comprehensive practical activities in primary schools. In our comprehensive practical courses, the common understanding at present is that we are not satisfied with the design of specific activities or the "production" of excellent works, but pay more attention to the planning of students' ability training consciously, similar to the perspective of core literacy and key ability. For example, in the cultivation of students' self-planning and development ability, we advocate guidance and cultivate students' ability to tidy up a room, design a week's menu, arrange a weekend reasonably, quietly plan a parents' birthday party, plan a graduation ceremony, organize a parent-child sports meeting, and so on. Can't the abilities pointed by all these activities be transferred to the level of planning studies, majors, careers and life?

Perhaps, this is the possible way to implement career planning education in school education in a pragmatic and efficient way.

First of all, it is suggested that the research group should be cautious, try not to narrow the career planning education to the point of "teaching" or even "class", especially be cautious about the compilation of "school-based textbooks". There are too many "classes", and teachers and students are already overwhelmed. Why bother to settle all the education in "classes"? There are too many materials to learn and discuss, so why weaken the growth media to pale "teaching materials"? -once settled in the "class" and solidified into the "teaching material", the career planning guidance that should be fresh and highly personalized will become "stiff" and can only become a chicken rib.

as for the educational activity of career planning education, where can any brilliant transcendental "mentor" provide any direct guidance? Secondly, it is suggested that the research group pay attention to this method of literature research. Career planning guidance or career planning education is nothing new, but under the new college entrance examination situation, our high school urgently needs to find its own possible and realistic way.

Literature research can't be achieved by visiting several so-called "schools that have done well in this field". We need to really calm down and do some serious collection, collation and generalization of relevant literature materials. Otherwise, it is impossible to conduct any in-depth research on this issue.

Only by carefully analyzing and studying the relevant literature can we truly stand on the shoulders of giants, stand at the forefront of career planning education, and drill into the deepest training of planning and choice ability.

this is just like saying "I want to be a good person", which is a very empty promise, far from realizing the original intention of "planning and design roadmap".

The research plan (opening report) at the initial stage of research is just like the design drawing of the building. Once the design drawing comes out, hundreds of construction workers can find their own position and understand their own tasks from this design plan, and the building to be presented in the end is already "established" (the bean curd dregs project is another matter). However, the design of many of our research projects seems to have failed to accomplish such a "design task" well, which is a problem that needs special attention in the research process of basic education and scientific research projects.

We need to dig deeper-

For example, we should do a good job in the preliminary investigation of a subject like ours. What are the students' interests and the tendency to choose courses naturally based on their current interests in the realistic state of senior one and senior two students? Organize a survey, it will form a survey report-this survey report on the interest and course selection tendency of freshmen in XXX school is one of the expected results. More specifically, the "expected results" expressed in this way basically do not need to hold any dispatching meeting later-the research design has been allocated and completed.

On the basis of the investigation, we take targeted and diversified measures to intervene (various related educational guidance activities organized by the school). Finally, students' actual interest cognition, course selection results, admission status of the college entrance examination and even their satisfaction with the major of the college entrance examination constitute another investigation content, which will also form an investigation report, which can also be an "expected result" that determines the personnel, time and theme-only it, only the former.
